A yoga event exclusively for women! 

This Yogathon is chance for you to spend a day with like-minded women, all putting Yoga into action by coming to together outside studio walls in order to help support empowering women and girls throughout the world.
 Together, we are strong. We are resilient. We CAN make a difference.

Join some of Ottawa’s most inspirational women Yoga teachers from studio’s around the city for an exciting day filled with Yoga. 

The Yoga community is one of the strongest in NA, and as a community of like-minded, powerful women we are collectively trying to raise money and awareness for 3 amazing local, National, and International causes! 
Each participant is encouraged to raise only $108 for CARE Canada by either fundraising or donating personally. 

The participant who goes above and beyond the encouraged amount though,and raises the most for CARE Canada will recieve a 
GRAND PRIZE ~ $1,000 Trip Voucher with Free and Easy Traveler!!*

We are also raffling off many other prizes from local studio's and stores valued at over $4,000!

All fundraising proceeds are going to CARE Canada. CARE is Canada’s global force dedicated to defending dignity and fighting poverty by empowering the world's most vulnerable and greatest agents of change: women and girls.

The aim is to raise awareness and support organizations in India that are providing refuge, rehabilitation and economic opportunities to survivors, and empower survivors to lead lives with dignity and respect.

10:30-11:30am  
Partner Yoga with Justine Hoang

A special way to connect with the other women participating! And super fun! 

11:30-12:30pm – 
A healthy catered lunch by The Nourished Self
and raffle for loads of prizes! 
'Shop 4 a Cause': vendors selling merchandise with portion of the proceeds going to charity!

Kundalini Yoga with Jennifer Jasvinder Malisauskas
